1. Apples

Apple lowers the cholesterol level in the body and the fiber present in it gives relief from constipation. Piles during pregnancy can be avoided by eating an apple daily. But, while consuming it, do note that eat it along with the peel.

2. Banana

Banana is very beneficial for pregnant women. This wonder fruit is not only a rich source of potassium, folic acid, and vitamin B6, but is also extremely beneficial for the formation of the fetal nervous system. Rich in pectin and fiber, bananas improve the digestive system and relieve constipation by cleansing the bowels. Eat a banana regularly to treat piles during pregnancy.

3. Broccoli
